I’ve been on a SongFight kick for the last couple weeks… so I spent another weekend working on a song for SongFight. The title this week is “I Like To Pretend”. I was gonna go all silly and write a kids song but I ended up going with something a bit more depressing. Go check it out and vote!

I spent all day Sunday writing and recording a song for one of the latest SongFights. In case you don’t already know, SongFight is a site where song titles are given, and you write/record a song in a week. Post it on the site, and people vote for the best. I entered the “Bitter Orange” fight. I waited until the last day to even start writing… so I ended up spending the entire day in the studio. Even forgot to eat. I didn’t even stop for a beer break.
